I work primarily with athletes and performance-oriented clients who want training, nutrition, and recovery handled with the same rigor as the rest of their preparation. My background is anchored in a BSc. in Kinesiology (Honours) from the University of Windsor, alongside credentials through NASM in personal training, sport nutrition, corrective exercise, and performance enhancement—rooting training in mechanics, load management, and outcomes you can measure rather than trends. That foundation is complemented by applied experience in football (soccer) sideline medical care across OPDL and OPL environments, where I support acute injury care, athletic and clinical taping, and Basic Life Support (BLS) in training and match settings. The aim is continuity: strength-and-conditioning work, preparation priorities, and sideline presence stay connected so the plan on the pitch and in the weight room reinforces the same standards.
Coaching here is individualized: clear expectations, structured progression, and communication that keeps you informed on why we train what we train. Whether you are interested in general fitness, preparing as an individual athlete, or supporting a team or club—including sideline or on-site coverage when engaged—the same discipline applies: aligned expectations, efficient use of time around training and competition, and straightforward coordination with coaches and medical staff when multiple roles are in play. Wherever you are starting from, the same standard applies: evidence-informed coaching and sideline care, built for long-term performance.

Clubs and programs can book a focused session or stack topics across tiers as schedules allow. Each format below can stand alone or combine with others for broader coverage—from academy-age groups through higher-demand environments. If sport nutrition coaching or structured assessments are part of what you need, you can note that in the same inquiry—those services pair cleanly with seminars or can be scoped independently.
What we can deliver
01
Sport Nutrition 101
Youth athletes—fueling, hydration, and habits that travel.
A club-ready baseline for roughly ages 13–17/18: everyday fueling, game-day and training-day patterns, hydration, snacks, and how to think about food in terms of performance. Content can be tuned for academy-style pathways (e.g., OPDL). Session scope is agreed upon beforehand to keep coaches and staff informed with the athletes.
02
Performance readiness & load literacy
Youth, academy, and senior programs, any sport: clearer training weeks, recovery, and load habits for coaches and staff.
For youth, academy, and senior groups across sports, athletes, coaches, and staff get grounded guidance on effective training schedules, recovery built into the week, and how intensity should move day to day. When you are ready to go deeper with individuals or the full roster, follow-up work can feel like a natural continuation.
03
Custom Seminar
When athletes keep circling the same themes—or you want to go deep on specific topics—we shape the format to your room, not a template.
When you see the same questions resurfacing—or you need sharper depth on one thread—we can scope a single seminar or a short multi-session arc around your sport, age group, and facility reality—not a generic slide deck.
Content is anchored in what you already run: your week structure, habits, and vocabulary stay in place, and we layer in new ideas only where they genuinely complement—or modestly extend—what is working, instead of asking you to throw your program away.
